With Chinese New Year looming, it should have been a perfect sunny day from the packed shopping malls. The weather decided to be unpredictable that day and it drizzled for the entire day. Even so, hawkers, beggars, traders and touts alike go about with their daily business. Whilst the modus operandi differs, the goal is the same – to earn a living.
